CAN I ENTER THE CLUB IN A LATER DATE?
You can enter the Club until June 2020, after that we will close subscriptions. In any case to get watch you'll need to pay 12 monthly subscriptions to the Club, if you want you can anticipate the payments to get your watch earlier.
WHAT DO MEMBERS RECEIVE?
Members will receive an exclusive member-edition Swiss made automatic watch, the one that you, member, designed, after the twelfth monthly membership fee is paid. By subscribing to the Club, members will contribute to the design and will receive a special edition watch at a discounted price.
HOW MUCH DOES THE MEMBERSHIP COST?
The membership fee is USD 79.00 per month. To be eligible to receive the watch, you must pay all twelve (12) monthly fees. You can win a “free month” (no fee payment) if you bring new members to the Club, so the maximum amount you will pay for the watch you will receive is USD 948.00. The expected retail price of the same watch in the non-member edition will be USD 1,390.00.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WATCH?
You will receive your watch by the end of November 2020. You can follow all the design and production process on our website, giving your opinions and votes. No refunds will be made if for some unexpected reason we face any delays. But you can use your already-made payments to purchase any other watch of the same value in our store.
IS IT LIKE CROWDFUNDING?
No... As a DWISS Club member, you are REALLY part of the creation of the watch you will receive, and you do not need to pay 100% of the watch’s price all at once. The payments are divided along the 12 months of creation and production.
IS IT LIKE A BOX SUBSCRIPTION?
Again no. We do not send random watches over the subscription period. The watch you will receive will be the one you are helping to create, with its good value for the money!
IF I DO NOT LIKE THE WATCH OR IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you do not like the watch you do not need to keep it. You can exchange it for any other watch (of the same retail value) of our other collections. If you want to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time and your previous payments will be converted into credits for use in our store.
ARE THERE CANCELLATION FEES OR PENALTIES IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL?
No, there are no cancellation fees or penalties. No refunds will be made after you cancel your subscription and your previous payments will be converted into credits in our store that you can use at any time.
I HEARD I CAN WIN A FREE MONTH (NO MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENT)?
And you heard right! As a member you will receive an exclusive link that you can share with your friends, and for each friend you bring to the Club you will receive one ‘free’ month. The more friends you bring, the more free months you win. And if they also bring new members, they will also be entitled to free months. SPREAD THE WORD!
HOW CAN I WIN PREVIOUS DWISS COLLECTION MODELS?
All active members will be automatically participating in a drawing that will give away one watch every month. Winners are chosen randomly live on Facebook and Instagram, and if you miss the live stream, you will be notified by email if you are the winner.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN THE CLUB?
This is an exclusive Club and we will keep it very limited. The first set will be limited to 200 members (subscriptions will be accepted starting October 1st). We may have a second set of subscriptions in November but the total number of members will not exceed 500.
