We are able to send our watches to most countries in the world with UPS TNT or FEDEX from Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. DWISS endeavors to ship your purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order during business days. The shipping time will depend on your exact destination and your country’s custom handling. It normally takes 2 business days to Europe, 3-4 business days to United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong, and 5 business days to the rest of the world.

You can return your purchases up to 15 days after you have received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging (unused and with no signs of scratches). Please be advised that tax, duties and shipping costs are not refundable to customers wishing to return items. All returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to 5% (five per cent) of the Invoice, unless the Goods are proved to be non-conformed.

Taxes and Duties are NOT included in the price you pay in our website if you are outside Switzerland, we ship our watches under DAP ( delivered at place) which means that your order may be subject for local taxes and duties at delivery.
