To commemorate the 54th National Day of the United Arab Emirates, DWISS presents the A1 Al Ain — a strictly limited edition of 54 Swiss Made timepieces, each one carrying a piece of the UAE itself on its dial. Crafted exclusively for our distributor in the Emirates, this is a watch born from a place, made for those who belong to it.

Every number in this edition is deliberate. Fifty-four pieces, for fifty-four years of unity, progress, and pride. The 2nd of December 2025 marks the UAE National Day — a moment that calls not for a generic tribute, but for a timepiece that carries genuine meaning. The A1 Al Ain does exactly that.
Each watch is individually numbered from 1 to 54. Once these fifty-four pieces are placed, the edition closes permanently. There will be no second production run, no reissue.

The Dial of Al Ain
Al Ain is one of the oldest continuously inhabited settlements on Earth, and a city deeply embedded in the identity of Abu Dhabi and the Emirates as a whole. Its desert is not merely landscape — it is heritage. It is the ground on which the UAE was built.
The dial of the A1 Al Ain is crafted from the natural sand of that desert. Real material, collected from one of Abu Dhabi's most storied landscapes, processed and set into each dial with the precision that Swiss watchmaking demands. The result is a surface unlike any other — tactile, warm, singular. No two dials are identical. The desert ensures that.

The Movement
Beneath the dial, the A1 Al Ain is powered by the La Joux-Perret G100 Soigné movement — Swiss Made automatic, twenty-four jewels, 4 Hz frequency, sixty-eight hours of power reserve. Fully decorated with Geneva stripes, perlage finishing, and blued screws. The see-through sapphire caseback allows the movement to be seen and appreciated as part of the watch's identity.
The case is 316L stainless steel with the integrated two-link bracelet that defines the A1 — solid, tapered, and equipped with a butterfly deployant clasp. Water resistant to 100 metres.
