FAQ on how the auction works:
How to Bid
To place a bid, you’ll need to log in to your DWISS account. If you don’t have one, you’ll be prompted to create it during the process.
A non-refundable entry fee of $1 USD is required to join the auction. Once the fee is paid, return to the main auction page: dwiss.com/auction to place your bid.
Important:
Bids do not charge your credit card — they simply represent your intention to purchase. Payment is only required if you win. Please bid responsibly and only if you’re committed to buying at your bid amount.
Why Is There a Joining Fee?
The $1 USD fee helps protect both DWISS and serious bidders by preventing fake bids and misuse of the platform. It ensures that all participants are genuinely interested in the auction.
How to Check Your Bid Status
You’ll receive an email notification if you are outbid, so you have a chance to place a new bid.
You can also track your status on the auction page:
- If your bid is green, you’re currently the highest bidder.
- If it’s red, you’ve been outbid.
Winning the Auction
When the auction ends, the highest bidder will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the purchase.
⚠️ Please note: If you win, you’ll be expected to complete the payment. Bids are a serious commitment — only bid if you fully intend to buy.
